Party Riddle!

On the official chobots blog they had this riddle to a party today.

It’s not so hard
To find that town
It’s on your map
Below the ‘a’

The place where brave
Challenge the dark
With light in their hands

And at the clock
Four hours left
Until the midnight

Then hurry up

It's Chobots time.

Just take the light.

Tricky...but I figured it out (I hope)! My guess is at 16:00 in either the academy or the nicho mission place.
